By now you probably discovered Pinterest. What is Pinterest? It is a virtual pinboard that you can use to organize recipes, decorating ideas etc. I love it!

Pinterest is fun and addicting

If you don't know what Pinterest is and why it's cool and addicting we will try to explain by showing you what Boards are, what Pins are, etc. a Pinterest 101 so to speak.

A board is a set of pins. A board can be created on any topic, such as Mantels,Crafts, Recipes, or even a dream board. You can add as many pins to a board as you want. Pinboards can be used to plan weddings, parties, redecorating a home, etc. What is a Pin? It's an image that is added on your board. Where do you get Pins or images? There are tons of resources such as blogs, articles, from your own files.Use your imagination. Be creative.

You can repin others pins as well. Every day I get emails from Pinterest whenever someone repins one of my pins, So Pinterest is connecting people with shared interests and tastes. Share recipes, clothing ideas, travel, crafts, even products you like and want to share.

A good idea for a bathroom

I have 8 boards and 134 pins, one of my  Board's is where I pin my favorite craft projects, either ones I tried or want to try. It's also a great way to remember what projects I want to try.

You can have as many boards and pins you want, you can label them as you choose, you can repin from others boards, and you can choose to follow others, or follow their boards so when they add or update their boards you can see what they added.  It's a fun place, they even have a "pin it" addition that you can install on your browser bar and when you see something you want to pin you just click on the pin it icon.
