Like you I love spring, celebrating the beautiful colors of spring, pinks, yellows, blues.  Spring means celebrating Easter. I usually host the Easter family dinner so I am always on the lookout for special serving pieces. This year Pottery Barn has some items I want to buy to add to my Easter table, dessert stands, votive holders.  

I still have to choose runner or tablecloth, napkins, centerpiece.  Main course will be a honey ham, deviled eggs, still have to decide what else I will serve.

Did you know ..... Apparently coffee is brilliant for absorbing bad odors. So, maybe grind them up and put them in a air permeable container and place in freezer.

Breath Freshener - Ever run out of breath mints? If you are in a pinch, just pop a coffee bean in your mouth for a few minutes and soon your breath will smell clean and fresh again.

Coffee beans can be used for dying paper. Put some coffee beans in a cup of hot water. After a few seconds, use the water to dye paper.

Building a birthday cake is fun and easy thanks to cake mix, ready-to-spread frosting
and marshmallows. How cute and easy is this? Watch the instructional video.
They also explained "crumb coating".  I liked the tip on cutting marshmallows,
(yes the secret is out, the building blocks are marshmallows)
