Roxanne of "Beach Walks" says......
I love reiterating things many of us experience with the goal of going easier on ourselves. This episode is a reminder of how stressful it can sometimes be to learn new things, as in the case of my nephew Tyler who is learning to drive. To remember that the brain and quite possibly also the physical circuitry is at work learning new patterns. To realize that some old patterns may be in the process of expanding or being dismantled. And to go slower rather than faster. To repeat as often as needed. To expect delays and lurches forward too!
On a personal note, I love the beach I am most relaxed walking along a beach, the smell of the ocean, the sounds, and the positive ions are healing to the spirit and soul. I love the Beachwalk video podcasts until time I am retired and living in a beach commuity.

Walks on the beach for me are one of the best calming, motivating and healing things I can do ~ especially now that I am a 3 1/2 yr. cancer survivor.
